Battle of the Seven Hills Fundraiser 

We are excited to officially announce our Battle of the Seven Hills Fundraising Event on May 12th at our CVU Complex! The Battle of the Seven Hills will go from 11:30am-7:00pm and we hope to have players and families from every program in the club attend the event. (Recreation, Academy/Futures and Travel families are all welcome as well as members from the greater Lynchburg Community.) This event was created to provide all families at CVU an opportunity for affordable, family fun at our Complex. 

There will be a number of great activities going on throughout the day, which will allow families and players the opportunity to spend time with one another out on the fields. 

Event Line-up 

1) There will be 3 local food trucks at our event-Upper Crust Pizza, Hibachi Guys, and Calle Cruz Latin Cuisine will be serving food all day at the Complex. *** We will also be announcing a very exciting additional vendor in the next few weeks.  

2) We will be hosting a Battle of the Seven Hills Small Sided 4v4 Soccer Tournament for U-12 Players (Born in 2006-2009) as well as for Adults. These tournaments will run all afternoon and will not conflict with our Travel Soccer Games or Academy Games that day. There will be multiple levels of competiton for each tournament and we highly encourage players to participate. Winners of the U-12 Tournament will take home the Battle of the Seven Hills Cup and the winners of our Adult Division will be taking home varying prizes depending upon the division entered. All Players will Receive a Free Dry-Fit T-Shirt Upon Tournament Entry.

3) There will be a number of fun activities for players and families to engage in all day- Some of the Activities will include a Coaches Dunk Tank, Skills Soccer Shot Station, Cornhole Boards, Soccer Tennis Courts, Bounce Houses, and Facepainting. Many of these activities will come with ticketed prizes that soccer enthusiasts will not want to miss out on! 

4) The best way to stay up to date on all of our activities and announcements for the Battle of the Seven Hills is to follow our Central Virginia United Facebook Page. We will be posting daily to let the community know about the support and news that is going on with our event.
